Live model DeeDee Luxe deletes tweets she’d made about participating (“radiating, flying, levitating, octopus, turtle”) in a video shoot for the Smashing Pumpkins [HT: Ozphoria]. She has worked previously with Sean Evans, who is developing visuals for the Pumpkins’ planned Oceania tour.

Nah, they have a history of releasing a hardsong first then followed by a “a song that sounds like Mellon Collie era.”
My guess is either, Quesar or Panopticon. Second single will be Pinwheels/My Love is winter.
are we even sure if its for a traditional music video?
could be something visual for the tour maybe? like a background kinda thing
or something for the “total album immersion experience” that Oceania is supposed to be

If you go to Dee Dee Luxe’s IMDB page and view her thumbnail photos, you can see some shots of her recording for The Wall and then some images of her scantily-clad self projected onto “The Wall.”

I don’t even like Pink Floyd. But this video thing has me fascinated enough that I went and looked for Dee Dee Luxe in Roger Waters’s “The Wall” on YouTube.
She appeared in footage for “Young Lust.” See below. You miss some of her shots because the taper (understandably) zooms in on the band.

Billy has said there will not be a single released for this album. I’m guessing it’s for the visuals on the tour

Billy has never said there will not be an Oceania single.
Every time he’s asked about it, he says something like:
“We’re transcending the singles mentality.”
“We’re focusing on the album.”
“We’re not thinking about a single.”
“The current plan is to make it about the album.” <==this was from Monte's recent interview
Does this mean there will be a single? No. But he has never specifically said "We will not ever release a single from this album." At least that I can find or remember.
It does seem pretty clear at this point that there won't be a single before the album streams for free in June.
All that said I totally believe that this filming was for tour footage and not for a traditional music video.
